Conti Gigli Cervi, starting from the 2025/2026 olive harvest, will become the second Italian company and the fourth in the world to guarantee consumers the exclusively Italian origin of its Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
We use the latest DNA tracking technology, provided by BioCoS, to trace the oil from the olive grove to sale.
Genetic profiling of leaves, fruits, and olive oil samples to guarantee the correspondence of our EVO to the fields of origin.
